Prerequisite: Leadership Development I. This course builds upon the leadership principles studied in the course, Leadership Development 1. This course will help students who are already involved in leadership learn how to develop other leaders. The preparation, practices and process of developing leaders will be examined.

An in-depth look at the Biblical basis for missions and the responsibility of the Christian and the church to carry out the Great Commission. Issues such as methodology, divine call, overseas evangelism, cultural problems and indigenization are discussed with an emphasis placed on Latin America and the Victory Outreach International missions program.
